Initially serving as the social media manager and overseeing the skincare website, she transitioned to the position of Financial Officer in 2018. In this capacity, she managed corporate finances, financial planning, budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting while skillfully navigating QuickBooks and business banking operations.
In 2023, Tanisha earned her degree from the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, further solidifying her leadership capabilities. She joined Younique Surgery Center in 2021 as the Practice Manager, where she utilized her medical assistant background and business acumen to oversee daily office operations while ensuring exceptional patient care.
